In 2025, CondéFuture London was inaugurated through a collaborative effort involving the Peter Marlow Foundation, AKT Up, Be Heard As One, and Forest Gate Youth Zone. This initiative provided a week-long immersive experience for young people from diverse backgrounds, granting them direct exposure to the realms of publishing and the broader creative industries. The program was designed to offer practical insights and foster engagement.

Participants benefited from a series of hands-on workshops and insightful discussions led by industry professionals, allowing them to explore various career avenues within journalism, photography, design, and editorial roles. A core component of the program involved guiding these young talents in developing their own creative projects, specifically tailored for prominent Condé Nast brands such as Vogue and GQ. These sessions were held at both Forest Gate Youth Zone and Condé Nast’s London offices, creating a dynamic learning environment.

The CondéFuture program successfully cultivated a collaborative spirit among attendees, significantly boosting their confidence and enhancing their practical skill sets. The culmination of their efforts was the opportunity to present their completed projects to established figures in the industry, providing invaluable feedback and networking opportunities. This experience aimed to equip them with the tools and connections necessary to pursue future endeavors in these competitive fields.

Such initiatives are crucial for fostering inclusivity and innovation within the creative economy. By providing pathways for underrepresented youth, we not only empower individuals but also enrich the industry with fresh perspectives and diverse talent, ultimately contributing to a more vibrant and equitable future.
